1100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 1100 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 1100 platform, you expressly agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with any other policies published by the platform from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
The 1100 platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age requirement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
This platform is intended exclusively for users located in Malaysia and operates entirely in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Use of the platform from outside permitted regions is entirely the user's own responsibility.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 1100 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or terminated without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. 1100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access using your login details. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the platform:
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform's systems.
- Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users.
- Taking any action that could compromise the integrity of the games or the security of other users.
Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 1100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform accepts deposits via approved local payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer. We do not accept any payment method not listed on the platform at the time the transaction is made.
Successful deposits are credited to your account balance within a timeframe that depends on your chosen payment method. DuitNow is typically processed instantly, while other methods may take between 1 and 30 minutes depending on the relevant banking system. 1100 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
For withdrawals, users must use the same payment method or one linked to a bank account registered in the name of the verified user. Withdrawals to third parties or accounts not linked to the user's account are not permitted. The platform reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal for security and fraud prevention purposes.
In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect amount being credited to your account, 1100 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice, including deducting any over-credited amount from your account balance.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 1100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, 1100 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including data loss, service disruption, or financial loss caused by technical failures beyond our control.
We strive to ensure platform availability at all times, but do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or maintenance downtime. Maintenance notices will be provided where possible, but emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.
Account Suspension and Termination
1100 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated any terms in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform in a manner that affects other users or the integrity of the system.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed once all existing balances have been settled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Accounts terminated due to a breach are not eligible for re-registration.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1100 platform, including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of 1100 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links, Term Amendments & Governing Law

The 1100 platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors and gaming technology providers. 1100 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of such third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their own separate terms and conditions, which are independent of this document.
Amendments to These Terms
1100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice displayed on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version of the terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the current version in force.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the processes provided under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any claims relating to the use of the 1100 platform.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent permitted by law, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
